Available Positions
Lead Carpenter
Lead a crew of carpenters on high-end residential projects, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Must have extensive experience in residential remodeling and team management.
- 5+ years of experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage on-site tasks.
- Expertise in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism.
Project Manager
Oversee residential remodeling projects from initial planning to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Architectural Designer
Join our creative design team to help craft stunning, functional spaces. You’ll work directly with clients and our build team to translate visions into detailed architectural plans.
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit a must; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and hand sketching a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential design work.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
