Anthony Zvontsoff
Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Anthony is a Co-Founder and Principal Architect of TAV Remodeling with over 20 years of architectural experience. He leads the firm’s architectural vision, shaping spaces that are functional, enduring, and thoughtfully designed—while working closely with Tatiana to guide the overall direction of the company. Anthony completed advanced architectural master classes in Lyon (France) and Cottbus (Germany) and has participated in numerous international architectural exhibitions and biennales. His background in European architectural methodology informs a refined, concept-driven approach to residential design.
Tatiana Kanter
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Tatiana co-leads TAV Remodeling, where she oversees operations, client experience, and project delivery. With more than three decades of leadership across diverse sectors—including nonprofit education, USAID international development, retail, and integrative healthcare—Tatiana brings a seasoned, multidisciplinary perspective to every project. Her broad expertise allows her to ensure each renovation is organized, clearly communicated, and executed to the highest standard. From the first inquiry to the final walkthrough, Tatiana keeps the design vision and build process seamlessly aligned, creating a smooth and elevated experience for every client.
Paulina Stetsyuk
Creative & Brand Director
Paulina serves as Creative & Brand Director at TAV Remodeling, leading the company’s creative vision, brand identity, and overall visual direction. With over 20 years of experience in graphic design and advertising, including leadership roles as an Art Director, she brings a strategic and concept-driven approach to each project. She oversees design concepts, visual aesthetics, marketing presence, and brand positioning, ensuring every renovation reflects a cohesive, timeless, and well-executed result. Her work connects creative vision with clear strategy, supporting a consistent and professional experience for clients.

Architect
