A 60–90 minute conversation in your home or virtually. We listen to your vision, assess your space, and give you an honest picture of timelines and budget — before you commit to anything.
60–90 min · No costDesign & Planning
Our team translates your vision into space plans, material selections, 3D renderings, and permit-ready construction drawings. You review and approve everything before we move forward.
2–6 weeksPermit & Approval
We handle every permit application and submission — DC Department of Buildings, Montgomery County, Arlington County, or wherever your project sits. HOA submissions too. You don’t deal with this; we do.
2–8 weeksConstruction
Your dedicated Project Manager oversees daily operations, coordinates all trades, and sends weekly written updates with photos. You always know what’s happening — without having to chase anyone.
3 wks – 9 mos, scope-dependentFinal Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk every inch of your project with you before you sign off. All punch list items are resolved, and you receive full warranty documentation. Your one-year workmanship warranty starts on day one.
